Hello and welcome to my page! Im a senior psychotherapist/counsellor who works with adults of all ages, teenagers and children (fully DBS-checked). Amongst the areas that I specialise in are ADHD, autism, gender dysphoria, unresolved childhood issues, attachment-based issues, pet bereavement, LGBTQ+ related issues, depression and anxiety. I offer face-to-face, Zoom, telephone and live chat sessions. Im a warm, compassionate clinician with both a professional and a lived experience of ADHD.

About me and my practice
My practice is situated on a quiet, peaceful road in Loudwater (Rickmansworth) in Hertfordshire, opposite beautiful woods. In line with the current cost of living crisis, I am able to offer a reduced rate where necessary. I offer a free initial telephone consultation, where we can discuss your needs, what you would like from therapy, and to decide whether we are able to work together. In addition to psychotherapy and counselling sessions, I also offer 2-hour pre-diagnostic assessments for ADHD and autism to children and adults who are in the early stages of exploring whether their symptoms are in line with either (or both) of these conditions, to help them better understand and accept themselves, and decide whether or not an official diagnosis is something they might want to seek in the future. I provide written reports of my clinical findings following these assessments, which assist children at school, young people in college or university, or adults within the workplace to receive optimum support and appropriate adjustments to help them cope and thrive.
